What insurance do you accept?

We currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO insurance plans. We also offer affordable self-pay options for patients without BCBS PPO coverage.

At this time, we do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, HMO plans, or private insurances other than BCBS PPO. If you have out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement—just ask our team for a superbill.

Your first visit is designed to help us fully understand your health concerns and create a customized care plan. Here’s what typically happens:

  • Health History & Consultation – We discuss your symptoms, lifestyle, and overall health goals.
  • Comprehensive Examination – This may include orthopedic tests, neurological tests, posture evaluations, and range-of-motion assessments.
  • X-rays (if needed) – Taken onsite to get a clear look at your spine and find the root cause of your issue. 
  • Results & Treatment Plan – We explain your findings and outline recommended treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect.

Your initial visit typically lasts 30 minutes.

Your doctor will determine whether X-rays are necessary based on your consultation and exam. They help us identify underlying misalignments, degenerative changes, or injuries so we can safely and accurately plan your care.

Follow-up visits are efficient and usually take 15-20 minutes, depending on your treatment plan.
