When you’re hurting, the last thing you need is to feel rushed through an appointment or placed into a one-size-fits-all treatment plan.
At Woodlands Family Chiropractic, we start by listening.
Your doctor will talk with you about what you’re experiencing, how it is affecting your life, your health history, and what you want to get back to doing.
Your examination may include:
The goal is to understand your individual situation before recommending care.
We want your first visit to be thorough without making getting started complicated.
A $67 reservation fee is required to reserve your new patient appointment. This is not an additional charge. When you arrive for your appointment, the $67 reservation fee is applied toward your $134 initial visit.
Consultation
Talk one-on-one with your doctor about your symptoms, health history, concerns, and goals.
Comprehensive Examination
We’ll perform appropriate orthopedic, neurological, postural, range-of-motion, and musculoskeletal testing based on your individual needs.
Digital X-Rays, If Necessary
If your doctor determines X-rays are clinically indicated, they can be taken conveniently in our office.
Explanation & Recommendations
We’ll explain what we’ve found and discuss the treatment options we believe are appropriate for you. Depending on your individual case, this may occur during your first visit or a follow-up visit.
First Chiropractic Adjustment, When Clinically Appropriate
Treatment on the first visit depends on your examination findings and whether additional evaluation or imaging is needed first. We will never rush treatment simply because you’re a new patient.
It’s completely understandable to have questions or reservations.
We want you to feel comfortable with your care.
Our doctors and team will listen to your concerns, explain what we’re doing and why, and give you an opportunity to ask questions before moving forward.
Nothing should feel forced.
If there is something you’re uncomfortable with, tell us. We respect that.
And if we evaluate you and believe chiropractic care isn’t appropriate for your condition, we’ll tell you. When appropriate, we’ll help point you toward another healthcare provider who may be better suited to help.
Not sure whether chiropractic is right for you?
A member of our team will be happy to talk with you before you schedule.
You’re not alone.
Many people come to Woodlands Family Chiropractic after they have already tried other approaches such as previous chiropractic care, physical therapy, injections, medications, specialist visits, or even surgery—and they’re still looking for answers.
That’s one reason we take the evaluation process seriously.
Care isn’t a checklist here.
Our doctors use their experience, examination findings, your history, and your goals to determine what approach makes sense for you.
Our focus isn’t simply getting you through an appointment.
It’s helping you improve your symptoms, function, mobility, and ability to get back to the life you want to live.
You don’t need to decide which type of appointment or treatment you need before scheduling.
Just schedule a new patient consultation.
We’ll help determine the appropriate next step.
We regularly evaluate patients dealing with concerns such as:
We welcome infants, children, pregnant patients, adults, athletes, and seniors.
Your evaluation and recommendations are personalized to you.
Our doctors are kind, compassionate, highly skilled, and committed to listening to their patients.
They also communicate and consult with one another and with the rest of our team when it can help provide better continuity of care.
You aren’t being processed through a system.
You’re being cared for by a team.
We don’t believe every patient needs the same adjustment, treatment schedule, or combination of therapies.
Your recommendations are based on your examination, your condition, your response to care, and your goals.
We work hard to provide a high level of care at an excellent value, in a professional environment where people genuinely enjoy coming to the office.
That’s something we’re proud of—and something our patients tell us matters.
We want the financial side of care to be as straightforward as possible.
Patients are responsible for the cost of their care.
As a courtesy, Woodlands Family Chiropractic will submit claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Any applicable insurance reimbursement is sent directly to you by your insurance company.
If you have questions about payment or insurance before scheduling, please call us at:
Our team will be happy to help explain the process.

Having tried chiropractic—or physical therapy, injections, medications, or other treatments—doesn’t necessarily mean your evaluation or care at WFC will be the same.
Our doctors will review what you’ve already tried, evaluate your current condition, and determine whether we believe our approach can offer something useful.
We won’t promise a result we can’t guarantee.
You don’t have to figure out what treatment you need before you come in.
That’s our job.
Your job is simply to tell us what’s going on.
We’ll listen, evaluate the problem, explain what we find, and help you understand your options.
